Heart company produces, sells and manufactures organic textiles in its factory in Kochi, Japan. In 2009, Heart was the first bedding company in Japan to obtain the international certifications GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and the OCS (Organic Content standard). We deliver products in Japan and worldwide.

Organic Materials
In recent years organic products synonyms of healthy and secure life became a necessity and are now distributed worldwide.Textiles used in many scenes of daily life, such as clothing, bedding or bags are becoming organic. Compared to the regular cotton, the production of organic cotton is only 1%. As the traceability can be hazardous it is often difficult to understand where comes from all the components of a product claiming to be organic. We believe that international certification like GOTS are a safeguard to any abuse.Heart is the first bedding company in Japan to obtain this certification and we carry many organic fibers such as rare cotton, linen and silk. Each product is carefully handmade and our motto is to create "safe and secure" products through repeated inspections all along the manufacturing.
Inexpensive, mass produced textiles often relies on a chemical and harmful support. In contrast, we firstly consider both health and environment by banning such chemicals and people suffering from allergies and other diseases can use our products with peace of mind.

Traceability
The fibers we use are imported from organic farms from Turkey and India. A safe manufacturing and a rigorous control of each process from raw material to finished products guarantee an organic traceability of our products. We pay attention to make the whole process transparent to avoid any risk of chemical contamination or dye transfer. In addition, the global organic certification body ECOCERT conducts on-the-spot inspections of all processes and documents every year to obtain and renew the certification of GOTS and OCS, which are the global standards of organic textiles.
